Mr. Clear Octopus Window Cleaning

Effective Date: March 18, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Mr. Clear Octopus Window Cleaning (“Mr. Clear,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mr. Clear provides professional residential and commercial:

• Window cleaning

• Screen cleaning

• Gutter cleaning

• Solar panel cleaning

• Exterior cleaning services

Services are offered in Southern Manitoba and the Ottawa Region.

The scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through our website.

• We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee

• Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety reasons

4. Access to Property

The Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.

If access is not available and no prior notice was given, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

• Accepted payment methods:

  • E-transfer

  • Credit / Debit

  • Cash

  • Cheque

Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to late fees.

If an account is sent to collections, the Customer is responsible for all related costs.

Pricing Protection

All quotes are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of estimate.

Additional charges may apply if:

• Windows, screens, or surfaces are significantly dirtier than expected

• Hard water stains, oxidation, or buildup require extra work

• Access to windows or areas is more difficult than anticipated

• Additional services are requested at the time of service

Customers will be notified and must approve any price changes before work continues.

6. Maintenance Plans (Service Contracts)

Customers enrolled in a maintenance plan agree to:

• A 12-month service agreement

• Scheduled services based on selected plan:

  • Bi-Annual

  • Tri-Annual

  • Monthly

Plans will automatically renew unless cancelled with proper notice.

Early cancellation may result in a fee equivalent to any discounts received.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

• Contact us within 24 hours

• We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge

8. Limitation of Liability

Mr. Clear takes all reasonable precautions while performing services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, or surrounding surfaces

• Damage caused by improperly installed, aged, or compromised materials

• Permanent stains, oxidation, or glass defects

• Issues related to solar panel performance

• Pre-existing damage to solar panels or mounting systems

• Incidental or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Insurance

Mr. Clear maintains general liability insurance.
Proof is available upon request.

10. SMS & Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Occasional promotions

You may opt out at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, including the applicable laws of Ontario and Manitoba, depending on the service location.

12. Modifications

Mr. Clear reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
